Fresh Flowers, Designed Locally
Every arrangement from City Flower Shop is designed fresh for the delivery date. We do not ship flowers in boxes or send out arrangements assembled days in advance.
Our floral designers in each city select flowers based on freshness and seasonal availability, creating arrangements that feel natural, thoughtful, and appropriate for the occasion.
From the time your order is placed until it is delivered, we stay attentive to the details — because that’s what a good local florist should do.

When can I speak with someone?
Our team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. On weekends, we’re mostly in the design room and on the road making deliveries. If your situation is urgent, please don’t hesitate to call or text.Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery is available in many of the areas we serve when orders are placed before the local cut-off time. Availability depends on the delivery address and the day’s schedule in that city.How fresh will the flowers be?
Flowers are sourced locally whenever possible and arranged close to the delivery time. This helps ensure better quality, longer-lasting blooms, and an arrangement that arrives looking fresh and vibrant.Can I make changes or cancel my order?
If the arrangement has not yet been designed or sent out for delivery, we can often make changes. The best thing to do is call or text us as soon as you can so we can review the order with you.Do you deliver to hospitals, funeral homes, and churches?
Yes. We regularly deliver to hospitals, nursing facilities, funeral homes, churches, and service locations in the cities we serve. Providing clear details (name of the facility, room number, service time, etc.) helps us make sure everything goes smoothly.Will I be notified when the flowers arrive?
You’ll receive confirmation after placing your order and an update once the flowers have been delivered whenever possible. If you need reassurance or a status check, we’re always happy to look it up for you.Can I send flowers without sharing my name?
Yes. If you prefer to remain anonymous, simply leave your name off the card message. We respect your privacy and will not share your information with the recipient.What happens if the recipient isn’t available?
When appropriate, flowers may be left in a safe location or with a responsible person such as a neighbor, front desk, or coworker. If delivery can’t be completed, we’ll contact you to decide on the best next step.Can I request specific flowers or colors?
